Ben Ross
Owner & Co-Founder
Ben is a former University of Pittsburgh wrestler who began competing at age three, building a lifelong foundation of consistency, adaptability, and execution. He leads Earned Co. with a focus on helping athletes turn their work ethic into opportunity by building authentic personal brands and earning from their grind through NIL-aligned apparel and partnerships. That same performance-driven mindset guides his work building scalable, high-performing organizations beyond athletics.
Jordan Wood
Owner & Co-Founder
Jordan comes from an elite wrestling background shaped at Lehigh University, where he became a five-time EIWA Champion, three-time All-American, team captain, and one of the most accomplished heavyweights in program history.
Grounded in both athletic and academic excellence, he now works with Earned Co., helping shape its athlete-first NIL vision and supporting brand storytelling rooted in earned success.
Tyler Winslow
Chief Technology Officer
Tyler is the Chief Technology Officer at Earned Co. and a Penn State graduate with a background in Information Sciences and Technology. An entrepreneur at heart, he focuses on building reliable systems and scalable platforms that create long-term value and support sustainable growth.
